Summary/Objective

The assistant director of finance position is responsible for assisting in maximizing the return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems. This position ensures legal and regulatory compliance for all accounting and financial reporting functions. The assistant director of finance also oversees cost and general accounting, accounts receivable/collection and payroll and risk management.

Job Description:

Summary/Objective

Our technical support representatives are responsible for providing assistance to a wide-range of internal end-users through troubleshooting, installing, configuring, training, and testing activities.

Essential Functions

  • Troubleshooting – Our support reps must be able to troubleshoot technical issues that arise. Troubleshooting techniques such as end-user questioning, process of elimination, monitoring, reviewing event logs, issue simulation and many others are a requirement for success.
  • User management – Support reps will be tasked with user management across a variety of systems. These tasks include setup, deactivations, password resets, assistance with 2-factor authentication and more.
  • End-user training – As new systems and revisions become available to us, our support team will oftentimes be tasked with training our workforce. Training activities may include a team and company-wide presentations, demonstration videos, hands-on training, and documentation.
  • Ticket management- Support reps will be required to log issues and requests into a ticket management system. Logging our incoming calls allows us to route tickets to the proper team member and keep track of pending and repeat issues.
  • Ensure compliance – When and where applicable, our support reps must ensure that our data is protected and that our various end-users are following any compliance standards imposed on our industry or business.
  • Asset management – Support reps are required to setup new systems, replace and repair existing systems and handle all warranty related activities. Logging all of these tasks in an asset management system throughout the lifecycle of the asset.
  • Vendor management – Support reps will maintain good working relationships with our various vendors and will ensure that our systems are constantly up-to- date and that our vendor-specific issues are properly escalated.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Personal management – Employees on our administration teams must be well organized and must have excellent time management skills. Bouncing back and forth between tasks is a stressful, but common occurrence.
  • Quick learner – It is vital that our reps be quick learners. We work in a fast-paced environment and the ideal candidate must be able to adapt to ever-changing requirements.

Work Environment

  • Travel – With multiple branches, our support representatives will be required to travel. Total evenings away from the main office should not exceed 4 weeks per/year.
  • Weather – Due to the mobile nature of our workforce, our support reps will often have to troubleshoot an issue in the field. As such, it is common that a support rep will be subject to the existing weather conditions (hot, cold, precipitation, etc…).
  • Team Player – We often ask our reps to assist with other functions during high volume weeks. This could include working in the warehouse, on a delivery truck, merchandising a store, hanging signage, and more.
  • On-call support – Due to the nature of our business, support reps will often receive communication and support requests outside of normal working hours.

Physical Demands

Job Description: This position is accountable for assisting the Route Delivery Driver with delivery and merchandising of all products. Primary duties include adherence to Wil Fischer programs and policies that will result in the safe execution of timely delivery, maximized sales and minimized returns. The Relief Route Delivery Driver will learn multiple routes through “ride with” and will run routes when needed. The Relief Route Delivery Driver will maintain a driving record that is acceptable to the company; candidates will possess a current valid CDL and personal automobile insurance; and the Delivery Swing Rep will adhere to all DOT regulations (including regulations regarding driver time of service). The Delivery Swing Rep will maintain product freshness and will move product as necessary which includes, but is not limited to moving and lifting 25 – 165 lbs during delivering, merchandising, and storing products. The Relief Route Delivery Driver will remain conscious of the Company’s image and will ensure a high level of neatness and cleanliness in each store’s displays and coolers.

Job Description: This position is accountable for producing maximum sales and distribution of draught and/or package products and providing quality service to all customers on an assigned route. The Sales Representative’s primary duties include implementation of approved Company programs and policies that will result in the achievement of sales volume and merchandising goals while effectively presenting the Company’s brands to the retailer and the consumer. The Sales Representative is expected to monitor and control inventory levels for each account by conducting a physical inventory and restocking all coolers and in store space and displays to provide maximum availability of products while maintaining quality control and freshness standards. The Sales Representative is responsible for negotiating, obtaining, maintaining and updating all Point-of-Sale materials at each retailer’s location. The Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining strong, productive relationships with all customers to facilitate sales. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Primary responsibility of the Assistant Fleet Manager include:

Forecasting/Inventory Manager: FILLED

Description: The Forecasting/Inventory Manager will work closely with various departments to establish forecasting quantities, manage inventory targets, resolve accuracy discrepancies, and coordinate shipments from various suppliers. Optimal levels will be achieved by analyzing current industry and regional trends, by closely monitoring current inventory levels, and by communicating.
